tips still sticked together for too long on relaunch, i hated that on the charger and venoms....... that s why i appreciated on the synergy, never had the tips sticked, the kite was too bulky for that...

i guess, it will be a speed4 and unfortunatly, the extra cash to get one out of my bank account.
unity 10
speed3 15 deluxe
venom2 8
askaboard 170/48
TBK mana 130/37
charger 12 (sold), synery 12 (sold), venom2 13 (sold), speed2 15 (sold)

I sure want to try this one, looks very good indeed from the bits I saw on vid. I also love the bit on the PL website about the "valuable user feedback" which has been considered in the design of the new CH 8-) Say no more!

It is really an amazing kite. I have tried it some weeks ago (12 meter), and this weekend I received my Charger 2 12. Previously I have owned the synergy and the charger 1. Then I switched to tube kites (flexifoil hadlow ID 10 en 8 meter).

Now I am back with the PL Charger 2 12 meter. In the future I will add an 10 meter and or a 15 meter... but I think for me the 12 and the 10 will be a perfect combination for kitesurfing. It will hopefully get me going as from 16 knots till 35 knots. As soon as I have more experience on the water I will post an update.

But for now... I think they have done a terrific job with the new PL Charger 2 :)

Hi Dutch.
Curious to see your take on bottom end etc. on the Charger 2 relative to the Charger 1. Krisis put up a comparison of specs and it is certainly a different kite from the original. The words I heard through development were quite positive from testers. Have been hearing great things and have new C2s sent out to some customers and excited to get some feed back directly from end users. Cool to see the new vid. Reminds me of the energy of the old arc days. Great stuff.

Finally got out on the Charger 2 today on the ice. Just a short session as I wanted to try out 4 kites over the course of the session. The winds were light so my expectations were low but in the end she held her own against a 19m Venom for light wind conditions. As expected she was uber stable, very Syn like but still turned on a dime. Those who didn't like the aggressive nature of the CH1 will appreciate the "mellower" CH2. Happy to say it flies much differently that the Ph2 ( i was concerned there would be more overlap). Very fat compared to the Ph2.

Hope to get her out in higher winds soon.
